Legmate service tools have been designed and developed by IDM Engineering for the marine industry, making the removal, servicing and installation of stern drive units both safe and efficient.
Legmate products are constructed in the UK from top quality steel, finished in black or yellow powder coating and have been certified to cope with a 250kg safe working load.
Legmate Sterndrive products will work with most makes and models of stern drive including Volvo, OMC, Mercury Alpha and Bravo. The Legmate turns the awkward task of removing a stern drive unit into a one man job saving on labour costs at the same time making it safer by not having to lift the stern drive unit manually.
If you are replacing or servicing exhaust bellows, drive shaft bellows, gimble bearings or just removing the leg for inspection and anti-foul then these are the tools for the job.
